Simply place an order thru our secure shopping cart, so that we have your credit card information on file. Then e-mail us stating that you would like to go on the Automatic Cricket Shipment Program. Be sure to mention whether that will be for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly orders. We will e-mail you back acknowledging placing you on automatic delivery.
Of course, the automatic shipment program is not just for crickets. Use it to have any of our feeders delivered on a convenient schedule.
Shipments go out every Monday, or in the case of monthly deliveries, as close to the first of the month as the shipping schedule allows. We process your order for you and your card will be charged prior to each shipment. You can cancel at any time by notifying us by Friday afternoon for Monday shipments. That's all there is to it!
