Orange Head Roaches are beautifully marked strikingly colored roaches considered to be one of the most beautiful of the roach species. The nymphs are a deep red maroon color. A quite popular feeder roach in the US. They can not climb grass or smooth plastic, making them easily contained. Orange Headed Roaches have wings but they can not fly. They grow to an adult length of about two inches and live for about a year. Orange Head Roaches are not difficult to raise and are very good breeders. Plus they are live bearers. Like all roaches Orange Head Roaches have a high meat to shell ratio and immature roaches can be used as feeders at any appropriate size for reptiles and arachnids.
Orange Head Roaches are non climbers. Very Good Breeders.
